The Men’s ABBS Program takes a deeper look at the pelvic floor, a necessity for truly balanced diaphragmatic breathing patterns, and shows you how to use this new knowledge to create a strength from the inside out.
This program is structured to promote your general health and functional movement patterns for injury prevention and greater strength. The pelvic floor is the base of our movement and true knowledge of our own bodies is vital to increase our daily functional abilities. It is important to continue doing the things you enjoy and ABBS can help you continue your passions and quality of life.
ABBS is all about your center (diaphragm, abdominal, and pelvic floor use) and individually assessing and addressing proper intra-abdominal pressure and muscular balance for lifting objects, working out, and simply moving around and enjoying life! We will address this work in a small class setting.
Understanding your individual functional body health on a deeper level can help heal current pain, prevent future pain and bring you into greater strength with more ease than you realize! After all, we cannot become stronger through more imbalance…we can only become more imbalanced.

Saturdays October 19th, 26th, November 2nd & 9th @ 12-1pm

Lauren will be taking a look at your bodies through video, as well as in person, and creating/establishing an individual path for you in a small group learning manner.
You will meet with Lauren once before and once after the Program for your assessment and feedback.
This program is great if:
- You have ever pulled/hurt your back
- You feel like your body isn’t moving as well as it can
- You notice any extra abdominal pressure using your abdominals
- You have anxiety/stress
- You struggle with leaking/incontinence
- You have concerns about hernias/prolapse
- You have pain in ANY area of the body (back, shoulders, hips, neck, etc)
